John is living the ultimate beach life, surfing all day and partying all night with his brother Ben, despite his desire to break free from the small beach town he loves. Just before his surfing talent offers them a way out; Ben is killed, leading John down a dangerous path of revenge. But when he discovers that he killed the wrong man by mistake he joins the military to escape his past, only to have to face it again when another tragedy brings him back home.
