Tecumseh Catring has been on the run for three days when he rides into Lone Pine. Ford Whitney and his men have been after him ever since that poker game turned ugly, but Catring is tired of running. If Whitney wants trouble, he’ll have to face Catring right in town. The consequences are greater than anyone could have imagined. Within forty-eight hours, Lone Pine has been burned to the ground, and Ford Whitney is dead. Catring is determined to see the town rebuilt, but even with Whitney out of the way, trouble lurks behind every corner.
